Ashley is the Co-Founder of BIM Fitness & Performance. Her passion for fitness and nutrition started when she was a high-school athlete playing soccer.

DR. SCOTT GRAY

Dr. Scottt Gray is the medical director and oversees all the sports performance training & personal training programs to ensure our clients are doing safe and effective exercises.

WOOLLY SOUFFRANCE

Woolly is our head trainer for our personal training clients and youth sports training. He comes to BIM Fitness & Performance with an array of experience.
