Ashley is the Co-Founder of Back In Motion Fitness & Performance & Woman’s Personal Trainer. Her passion for fitness and nutrition started when she was a high-school athlete playing soccer.

Dr. Scott Gray is the medical director and oversees all the sports performance training & personal training programs to ensure our clients are doing safe and effective exercises.


Coach Chad Anderson is the lead certified strength and conditioning Specialist NASM and NPTI certified coach. His passion for fitness started when he was young and when he was a lead competing body builder.
