No. Again, at this stage we will be learning more about you and your goals.

How can you prove that the program is safe?

Safety should remain a top priority for any personal training program. Personal training should make you stronger and less susceptible to activity-related injuries or pain, not MORE susceptible.

All of our personal trainers work closely hand-in-hand with Doctors of Physical Therapy onsite to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly and safely.
