How Many Days Per Week Do I Need to Work Out?

Depending on your health and fitness goals, we recommend at least minimum twice a week. For someone starting out, a minimum three times a week is ideal.

Depending on your schedule and your preferences, your schedule can be changed as you progress. Each body is different and responds to exercise differently.

That is why it's so important to have a personal trainer in the first place to help guide you in the right direction.
